PURPOSE

Acknowledgement of additional presenters may be accomplished by listing collaborators as credited partners in the application process.

ELIGIBILITY:
The application deadline is 11:59pm (ET) on Friday, February 21st. All Stockton faculty and staff members are invited to submit an application. Presentations may be works-in-progress, substantially developed, or completed projects.  Those strongly encouraged to apply include:
  • Recent recipients of internal or external funding.
  • Faculty-sponsored advanced students projects that are substantially more than a class project.
  • Scholarly projects in academic disciplines, pedagogy, community engagement, or other current issues in higher education.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
Faculty or staff should complete and submit this application by February 21st.  All applications are peer reviewed based on criteria listed in the peer-review rubric.

Complete only one application per presentation.  Panel participants should submit a joint application, indicating if proposing a single (25 minutes) or double (50 minutes) session. There are limited opportunities for panel presentation double sessions due to scheduling.

APPLICATION REVIEW & ACCEPTANCE:
Applications will be peer-reviewed within 10 business days from the submission deadline. Applicants will be notified of the peer-review decision by March 15th.

The peer review scoring process evaluates content and alignment with the institutional strategic goals. Additionally, scheduling requests and creating a balanced program are considered in acceptance of applications to be included in the Celebration of Scholarship event.

Peer reviewed accepted onsite presentations will be scheduled according to time allotment and adherence with any schedule conflicts listed on the applicant's application.
