    Simply send us your event details, and we’ll add it to the official STARS schedule.

  • Still finalizing your plans?
    Reserve your preferred venue, date, and time (April 1–May 1, 2026) with Event Services, then email CTLD your information to join the celebration.

To support your participation, CTLD will provide comprehensive umbrella marketing throughout the month—
• Weekly and daily campuswide blasts
• STARS-branded printed materials and displays
• Prominent website features spotlighting scheduled events

You’ll remain in charge of your specific event needs, such as food orders, room layouts, and school/department-level promotion. We handle the big picture—so your work gets the visibility it deserves!
