I love the feeling of being a part of the college community. Living on campus allows you to be fully enveloped in this once in a lifetime experience, and I believe that it is a vital part of my overall time at Stockton. Stockton’s sense of community is very strong, and it just feels so right to live on campus and be involved across all campuses.

The amount of people that you can meet when you move in. Just seeing other people going through the same things as you make you wanna get to know them and help. Living on campus helping you get out your comfort zone and have fun on campus or off and being responsible.

I like the ability to be more involved and not worry about traveling home or to an off-campus living arrangement. I feel that I was better positioned to make friends and connections living on campus. Living on campus provides me the necessary flexibility to meet with professors, friends, and utilize university resources.

I enjoy having such a diverse variety of people to engage and interact with. Everyday provides a new canvas that you are able to meet, learn, and create new things and experiences.

Sense of independence and freedom. Living with people my age and learning the ins and outs of adulthood before entering the “real world”. There have been situations that I have been able to handle more maturely and so far that has benefitted me in the outside world.

I love the nature trails and the campus events. I feel like the campus events and different clubs really give Stockton a sense of community.
