Pest Control Service Schedule
Our pest control vendor visits campus weekly to address submitted work orders:
- Galloway Campus: Wednesdays
- Atlantic City Campus: Fridays
- Hammonton, Manahawkin, and Port Republic:
Visits are coordinated with staff as needed.
Note: Schedule may vary during holidays, emergencies, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Asset Essentials Mobile App allows you to access your Asset Essentials account on the go. The app can be downloaded to your smartphone or tablet through either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Frequently Asked Questions- Faculty & Staff
If you can log into GoPortal, you already have access! The system uses your Stockton email address as your username and your GoPortal credentials to authenticate. There’s no need to remember a separate username or password.
You can submit work requests for a variety of facility-related concerns, including but not limited to:
- Clogged toilets or sinks
- Broken or malfunctioning locks
- Key or swipe access requests
- University-provided appliance issues
- Ceiling leaks
- Painting requests
- Pest control or extermination services
- Heating or cooling (temperature) issues
No problem! All work orders are reviewed and routed to the appropriate trade or shop. Just choose the category that seems closest — we’ll make sure it gets to the right place.

We’ll do our best to dispatch a staff member as soon as possible. Please ensure that you or a representative from your department submit a work order afterward to ensure the request is properly documented and we have a point of contact for follow-up if needed.

Once you submit your request, you’ll get a confirmation email right away. You’ll also receive updates by email as your request moves through the system and when it’s completed.
You can always log in to Asset Essentials to see your submitted requests and any “Actions Taken” by our staff.
If your request is declined, don’t worry — it just means another department is better equipped to help. You’ll get an email explaining why and what to do next, so you know exactly where to go for assistance.

Washer and dryer issues are handled by our laundry service vendor, Fowler. To request service, please contact them using one of the methods below:

The Office of Event Services coordinates all event scheduling needs, including table and space requests. They will also work directly with campus service providers to ensure all logistics are covered.
