We look forward to addressing your medical needs. Health Services is open and is available to provide medical care by appointment only during posted operating hours. Students should call (609) 652-4701 during regular office hours to be pre-screened by medical staff and to make an appointment. Through a partnership with AtlantiCare Physicians Group, we are staffed by one physician, one nurse practitioner, two registered nurses, and a nutritionist. The Office of Student Health & Wellness Services is an acute care clinic open to currently enrolled students with no fees or insurance required for the services rendered.

Please be aware that in order to provide you with the best possible medical care, you will be required to tell the front desk staff a basic reason why you need to be seen at the time of scheduling your appointment.

*Students experiencing a medical emergency should call Campus Police @ (609) 652-4390, or dial 911

*Any care needed that is outside the scope of services will be referred to a specialist and will require that the student utilize their accepted insurance plan for payment.

Important Information:

In Student Health Services, your health and safety continue to be our top priority. Medical staff is available to treat your medical needs, both in person and via telehealth. As the University relaxes the mask requirement beginning March 28 in most campus settings, masks that cover both the nose and mouth are still required at all times while visiting Student Health Services.

COVID Testing: Students who are experiencing symptoms or have been in close contact with someone that has tested positive should first answer the COVID-19 Reporting Survey found in student portal and await for email response. If a COVID test is needed, students should visit their provider or local pharmacy.

Records Release Form: Current students can access the Health Information Release Form via the Student Health Portal.

Instructional Continuity Plan: This document has been created to assist faculty in making good pedagogical and technical decisions to assure the continuity of instruction in the event of a personal or College-wide emergency.

Professor Notification Policy: The Office of Student Health & Wellness Services may be able to assist students in communication with their professors when absent from class due to recent medical issues.  Students requesting a professor notification should complete the request form, supply supporting documentation as outlined in the online form, and submit.

If you have further questions, please contact our office at (609) 652-4701.
