Through this lab, I have learned an entire new way of using technology to not only analyze speech, but to promote awareness for cultural differences and competence in the clinical world.

This lab interested me because I have always been fascinated by accents and the cultural differences involved in people's language. I am excited to be given the opportunity to master the skills and responsibilities of a Speech Language Pathologist.

When I first heard about this lab, I was excited to be given the opportunity to apply class material in hands on clinical experience, in order to strengthen my ability of analyzing individuals' language and to increase my understanding of a Speech-Language Pathologist's responsibilities.
