International Sustainable Development (ENVL/SUST 3701) is a Spring course that requires (early) Fall semester preparation. Students registered in this course must register for Prep for Filed Experience (ENVL 2500, 1 credit) with Dr. Chirenje to prepare for the Spring experience, which takes place during the first two weeks of January. Students must also participate in at least two weekend preparation trips during the Fall semester.

Step 1: Students need to contact Dr. Tait Chirenje and receive their permission to be registered to the course. 

Step 2: After being registered to the course, students will work with Dr. Chirenje and the Office of Global Engagement on the travel logistics, including making deposits, study abroad applications, preparing necessary documents, and participating in the pre-departure orientation.
