The Cannabis & Hemp Research Initiative at Stockton (CHRIS) provides cannabis and hemp education, research, and resources for local and national markets. Our mission is to conduct agricultural and non-medical cannabis and hemp research, leverage our scientific expertise to develop a testing laboratory and provide opportunities for community engagement and education.

Jersey Shore Science Fair (JSSF)

The Jersey Shore Science Fair is an opportunity for students grade 6 through 12 to begin to understand the importance of experiments, research, and the presentation of results in the advancement of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Math Mayhem

High school students from across New Jersey compete in a friendly competition of individual and team exams that are designed to challenge the students and assess their current skill development. Students will be exposed to the challenges of math and will see where they stand amongst their peers. The experience is meant to reduce test anxiety, increase student confidence and provide high school students with an inside view of college life. Awards will be presented to top finishers. 

STEM Collaborative

The STEM Collaborative will work to recruit and retain talented students, particularly from underrepresented groups into the STEM disciplines at Stockton University.
