The Road to Researching Successfully Workshop
Librarians will introduce students to the FlashFind multi-search platform for finding library resources and useful research articles. Students will walk away from the workshop with information literacy skills, such as being able to recognize what information they need, identify how to locate, analyze and evaluate the information and be able to cite the information.

Effective Writing Workshop
This workshop is designed to help students understand how working with a writing tutor can help improve the quality of their written assignments. We will discuss what we do—and shouldn’t do—when students come to the Writing Center for help. Our goal is to help students become more confident and independent as thinkers, writers, and editors.
