The mission of the School of Business DEIB committee aims to cultivate an environment that values and celebrates diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.  We are committed to providing an affordable high-quality education that promotes psychological safety, cultural competence, and a respectful & empathetic atmosphere to support faculty/staff engagement and student success.
