Description: Learn to make red wine at home with our 3-hour interactive workshop taught by local winemaker Scott Quarella of Bellview Winery, Landisville, NJ. This course will feature step-by-step instructions of the process of home-based wine creation, supplies and materials required, the bottling process, and safety protocol. During the workshop, an educational wine tasting will be conducted to show the differences in wine through the aging process. All participants must be 21 or older to register, and ID will be verified at the event.

Description: Join Susan Puder, nature and wildlife photographer with over 30 years’ experience and avid birder, as she introduces birding basics and build upon your knowledge of bird identification, spring migration, raptors of NJ, and birding year-round in New Jersey as well as how to take better photographs of birds. This six-week class concludes with a field trip to Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge so participants can practice their new birding and photography skills. This class is designed for people new to birding or want to increase their knowledge for identification and locating birds in New Jersey. Class size limited.

Description: Come Home to Yourself. Take a break from the busyness of your life. In this one day meditation and yoga retreat we delve into these practices. Alternating sitting meditation with mindful yoga. Some experience with both is suggested as you will get the most out of it by fully participating. There will be a break for lunch. You may want to bring food to maintain the retreat atmosphere. Bring a yoga mat, a cushion if you have one, a blanket, any props, dress comfortably in layers for your comfort. Please do not wear scented products, be please be considerate of others if you have a cold.

Description: Experience the historical landmarks, events, and sub-cultures of Atlantic City with our Walking Tour Series. Guided tours led by AC Historian and Stockton Adjunct Professor Dr. Levi Fox, will explore three different themes in three different AC Neighborhood - Chelsea, Ducktown and the “Orange-Loop”. Bring your walking shoes and water bottle, as each tour will cover between 2 to 3 miles of parks, city streets and the boardwalk. All tours start and end in the same location.
