Dr. Ana Edmondson (she/her) 

Visionary

A Camden native, EOF, and TRIO alumna member that serves as the Assistant Vice President for Student Transitions, Access and Retention Programs oversees Student Transition Programs, Academic Achievement Programs, Career Education, and Development Office, EOF, and Military and Veteran Services. For five years, she taught a course titled, Inclusive Student Transitions, which was designated as an R1 course. She brings over 14 years of experience leading inclusive student success programs that aims to increase retention and close equity gaps at three different universities including Saint Peter’s University, Rutgers University, and Stockton University. Dr. Edmondson completed her doctorate in education at Rutgers University, her masters' degree in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University-Teachers College, and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.

Amber is the Coordinator of Student Transition Programs, a Stockton HTMS ’19 Alumni and obtained her Master’s degree in Student Affairs from Clemson University, and is a proud First Generation College Student! Amber supervises the Cultural Engagement Ospreys and champions their success in the implementation of the Empowered Leadership Conference.

Kamora Gill (she/her)

Executive Assistant 

Kamora Gill is a senior at Stockton University majoring in Public Health with a concentration in Health Administration and a minor in Business. She currently serves as the Executive Assistant for her internship, where she supports organizational operations, communication, and administrative coordination. Kamora is committed to promoting inclusive, equitable, and supportive environments within healthcare and organizational settings. Through her academic and professional experiences, she has developed a strong interest in healthcare management, organizational efficiency, and improving access to health services for diverse populations. She is passionate about applying public health principles and business strategies to help create systems that value inclusion, collaboration, and community well-being. Kamora plans to pursue a career in health administration and leadership following graduation.

Zoë Phillips (she/her)

Administration and Communications

Zoë Phillips is a freshman at Stockton University majoring in Health Science and currently serves as the Administration and Communications Intern for the CEO Internship Program. As the only freshman intern on the team, she brings a unique perspective, strong attention to detail, and a motivated work ethic to her role. In her position, Zoë supports administrative operations and assists with internal and external communications, helping ensure that projects, deadlines, and team collaboration run smoothly.
Originally from Williamstown, New Jersey, Zoë is actively involved both on and off campus. In addition to her internship, she works as a Sales Associate, where she has developed strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills. She also serves as an IRC Secretary Officer, a leadership role that has strengthened her organizational abilities and experience with professional correspondence, meeting coordination, and record keeping.
Through her participation in the Empowered Leadership Conference, Zoë hopes to foster meaningful professional connections, gain exposure to leadership within the corporate world, and continue building the skills necessary for long-term career growth. She is eager to learn from professionals across industries and values opportunities that challenge her to grow both personally and professionally.

Najmah Laing (she/her)

Hospitality

Najmah is a sophomore majoring in Social Work with a double minor in Sociology and Africana Studies, driven by a deep commitment to community advocacy and social justice. Her long-term goal is to become a school social worker and return to the community in which she was raised, where she hopes to support students and families by addressing academic needs through culturally responsive care.

She is highly involved in campus leadership and service. She serves as the Diversity and Inclusion Committee Chairperson on Student Senate, where she works to promote equitable policies, amplify underrepresented student voices, and foster inclusive campus initiatives. She is also the President of the Muslim Student Association, leading efforts to build community, support religious and cultural identity, and create welcoming spaces for Muslim students and allies.

In addition, she works as a Residential Assistant for first-year students, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as students transition into college life. Through her experience as a CEO, she has gained valuable skills in time management, collaboration, leadership, and effective communication. Balancing multiple leadership roles has strengthened her ability to work efficiently with diverse groups and navigate complex responsibilities.

Juan Castillo (he/him)

Hospitality

Juan is a first-generation sophomore majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management with a minor in Political Science. He lives in Pleasantville, New Jersey, and is a commuting student. Juan serves as the Hospitality Intern for CEO and is an engaged student leader actively involved in multiple campus organizations focused on community service, wellness, advocacy, and leadership development. He has supported initiatives that promote cultural awareness and student representation on Stockton University’s campus while fostering discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. Most recently, Juan joined the Ospreys Talk for Student Leaders Program, where he continues to strengthen his communication, leadership, and public speaking skills in academic and professional settings.

Deesha Chokshi (she/her)

Hospitality

Deesha is a first-generation Health Sciences major with a concentration in Pre-Communication disorders and a minor in Integrative Health. She is a commuter student, born and raised in Galloway, NJ. Through this role, she serves as a Hospitality Intern with the Cultural Engagement Ospreys. This experience has strengthened not only her interpersonal and service-oriented skills but also her overall professional development and leadership. Outside of the internship, she is a member of The Alpha Eta Honor Society, as well as Vice President of the Stockton Entertainment Team, Vice President of the Speech and Hearing club, and a Transition Activity Leader of New Students (T.A.L.O.N.S.). She will be continuing her education at Stockton University’s Master of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders Program in hopes of becoming a future Speech Language Pathologist! From this internship, she’s gained a better grasp of the importance of creating welcoming spaces, valuing diverse perspectives, and ensuring that every individual feels seen, respected, and supported in what they do.

Joshua Corsentino (he/him)

Branding and Marketing

Joshua Corsentino is a senior majoring in Visual Communication and minoring in Digital Studies. He lives in Brick, NJ and is currently a residential student. He aspires to empower others through design and hopes to become a freelance graphic designer after graduating. With his skills, he is a Branding & Marketing intern for the Cultural Engagement Ospreys. Working in this internship has strengthened not only his creative ability, but his professional self as well. Outside of the CEO’s, he is an athlete on the men’s Track & Field team, the Director of Social Media for the Honors College, an Honors Peer Mentor, and a part of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). He’s gained a deeper understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion during his time at Stockton, and recognizes its importance in helping anyone feel respected and safe to voice their beliefs.

Sabrya Banks (she/her)

Public Relations

Sabrya Banks is a junior majoring in Film and Production Media who was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey. She aspires to become a screenwriter and is passionate about telling authentic stories rooted in real-life experiences. She is currently a member of the Cultural Engagement Ospreys Public Relations team, where she manages social media and helps shape the organization’s public image. Sabrya also serves as the President of the EmpowerHer Collective at Stockton University, a student organization dedicated to empowering and educating women through community, advocacy, and leadership. Through her involvement with the CEOs, she has strengthened her communication and networking skills, particularly through building connections with CEOs and other professionals. These experiences have contributed to her creative growth and professional development, reflecting her commitment to collaboration, storytelling, and creating spaces where voices feel supported and heard.

Jamie Aleman (he/him)

Public Relations

Jamie Aleman is a Finance major and recent transfer student at Stockton University. He is a commuter student from Egg Harbor City, New Jersey, with professional interests that bridge both finance and computer science. In his role, he serves as a Public Relations Intern with the Cultural Engagement Ospreys. This experience has strengthened not only his teamwork and creativity, but also his overall professional development in communication and collaboration.

Outside of the internship, Jamie is the founder of a gym-focused point-of-sale (POS) startup, reflecting his entrepreneurial drive and passion for building practical, tech-driven solutions. During his time at Stockton University, he has developed a deeper understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and recognizes how diverse perspectives can create a strategic advantage and help teams reach their goals more efficiently.
