Dr. Anthony Thomas is an alumnus of Rutgers University–Camden, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and Rutgers University’s School of Health Professions, where he earned a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling–Clinical Mental Health. He also holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University.

Dr. Thomas brings extensive experience supporting college students with disabilities and promoting equitable access within higher education. His work includes helping students navigate the transition to college, identifying appropriate academic and campus accommodations, and developing individualized accommodation and adaptive technology plans. Through his work at Stockton University, Dr. Thomas remains committed to fostering accessible and inclusive educational environments that support student success, independence, and full participation in the college experience.

Patty McConville joined the Office of Student Accessibility & Accommodations following a seventeen year career in K-12 education. She served students with disabilities from kindergarten through twenty-one years of age as a special education teacher, curriculum supervisor and principal. She is a 1998 graduate of Stockton University and eventually earned her NJ Principal’s Certificate through the NJ EXCEL Leaders to Leaders Program. Patty is excited to join the campus community working to ensure equal access for all students. She believes in developing students as self-advocates and coaching them as they navigate their way through college life. Patty resides in Atlantic County with her husband and three children.

Maria started with the University in 2006 and is currently the Adaptive Technology specialist for the Office of Student Accessibility & Accommodations. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History, a Master of Arts in Holocaust and Genocide Studies, and a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology from Stockton University.
