Ripples from the Holocaust: From Zeilsheim to SCOSA 
First Monday of each month in 2025. The University will be closed on 9/1/25. Class will take place on 9/8/25.

During this program, Peppy will introduce us to her family’s life, while also intertwining important historical facts on the Holocaust. Some of the topics discussed will be: International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Death March, immigrating to America, finding family, the importance of teachers, Molly’s Pilgrim video, The Second Generation- Ripples From The Holocaust video, returning to Germany to find Hans Loeffler, Peppy’s response to October 7th, hearing  Arnold Schwarzenegger speak about his family history (a father who was a Nazi), Journey of German Jewish Dialogue since 1994, and My Ethical Will -  Having a will and its importance. This course will take place on the first Monday of every month in 2025.

Retirement Planning Today
Offerings in Hammonton & Galloway

In this course you’ll learn how to: manage investment risks, use new tax laws to your advantage, make informed decisions about your company's retirement plan, and adjust your estate plan to function properly under the new laws.

However, money is only one aspect of retirement planning. This course blends financial education with life planning to help you build wealth, align your money with your values, and achieve your retirement lifestyle goals.

This comprehensive course on preparing for a comfortable retirement will be taught by Louis T. Barberio, III.The course includes a complimentary one-hour, personalized follow-up meeting for each registrant.

The Gilded Age

The Gilded Age is an American historical drama television series created and written by Julian FellowesThe Gilded Age are the boom years of the 1880s to 1900s. Society is undergoing economic and social change characterized by extreme wealth inequality and industrialization. The series explores conflicts of new money, from industrialism, and old money, which represents inherited wealth, the African American upper class, and the domestic workers who are considered a lower class. The series follows Marian Brook, a young woman entering 1882 New York City's rigid social scene with strict rules that cause drama, daily conflicts, and scandals between families of “new money” and “old money.” We will  discuss the numerous famous families who were members of The Gilded Age.

Tour of Poetry
Second Saturday Monthly Program

Location: Otto Bruyns Public Library of Northfield

During each session of this monthly program, an established poet will read original work, present an engaging lecture, and encourage participants to write & share something of their own. Participants will have an opportunity to have their poetry included in the Tour of Poetry Anthology.  
No registration necessary. 




SCOSA Arts: Needle Felting

Players and Playwrights
Third Saturday Monthly Program

Players and Playwrights (P&P) is a collective of playwrights and readers (aka players) who meet monthly to read original plays. Performances are organized several times a year. Interested players and playwrights are invited to attend a meeting once before committing to join.

Falls Prevention Awareness Week: Fall Risk Assessments
Tuesday, September 23, 2025 | 12 - 1:30 p.m.
Location: Galloway Campus B-007

Cohosted in collaboration with Stockton’s Physical Therapy Department, this session will focus on assessing fall risk to identify individuals at increased risk for falls. Participants will gain insight into common risk factors and preventive strategies to enhance safety and independence. Educational resources will also be provided to support continued learning and application beyond the session.

Don’t miss this “convulsively funny” (NY Times) parody from the comic mastermind behind the long-running hit Forbidden Broadway. After tearing it up in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, Spamilton: An American Parody will stage a singing, dancing, comedy revolution at Stockton University Performing Arts Center.
