| Michael Edmondson, Ph.D. is Associate Provost for Continued Learning at New Jersey Institute of Technology,
where he leads the Learning and Development Initiative (LDI), the university’s professional
education and workforce development division. He also serves as a Co-Editor of the
Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior Collection for Business Experts
Press (BEP). Dr. Edmondson’s tenth book, Remaining Human: Navigating Work, Identity,
and Change in the Age of AI, is due out in Spring 2026. |
