BIOGRAPHY

I grew up in Bellmawr, NJ, and graduated from Triton Regional High School. I served six years int he United States Navy, where I was trained in electronics as a Sonar Technician. I obtained my pilot's license and became a certified diver. After being honorably discharged, I earned a BA in Biology from Glassboro State College and MST in Biology from Rutgers University.

I spent 20 years teaching at Absegami High School and 10 years at Absegami and Cedar Creek High Schools as a Supervisor of the Science, Mathematics, Music, Culinary Arts, Business and World Languages. During this time, I was an adjunct instructor at Stockton. I initiated the first dual-credit enrollment program with Stockton University.

Currently, my position at Stockton University has enabled me to teach various biological lectures and labs (e.g., Cells & Molecules, Biodiversity & Evolution, Discover & Exploration). I have taught Graduate level courses in teach education (Earth Science and Astronomy , Life Science, and Ecology and Environmental Science). For the past year, I have been the Director of of the Scientific Enrichment Academy at Stockton (SEAS) summer program.
