Stockton to Host Holistic Health Fair Wednesday, Oct. 4

GALLOWAY TWP., NJ The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey will host a Holistic Health Fair Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2006 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Upper G-Wing Lounge. The event, co-sponsored by the Stockton College Holistic Health Initiative, will include representatives from about 25 complementary and alternative medicine practices from the regional community.

 

Some of the therapies that will be presented include chiropractic, massage, Tai Chi, acupuncture, aromatherapy, pet therapy and holistic veterinary medicine.

 

Stockton Professor Ron Caplan said the aim of the fair was to inform the community about these alternative therapies and to mark the official announcement of Stocktons new Holistic Health Minor.

 

The event is free and open to the public.
