Presented by Dr. Lawrence Baron, Ida E. King Distinguished Visiting Professor of Holocaust Studies - Fall 2015.  This lecture traced how Hollywood depicted the Shoah in films produced between 1945 and 1959.  Dr Baron is the author of The Modern Jewish Experience in World Cinema and Projecting the Holocaust into the Present: The Changing Focus of Contemporary Holocaust Cinema.  He writes for the San Diego Jewish World.
