Global Engagement Ambassadors Program is designed to inspire a deeper appreciation of global cultures by pairing Stockton students with international students. 

Objective: To encourage cross - cultural learning and education between our Ambassadors and international students.

Global Engagement Ambassadors serve an integral part in international students’ lives at Stockton University. Global Engagement Ambassadors help international students in their transition from their home country to the United States. This helps them to understand American customs and culture - Global Engagement Ambassadors will be an essential part of the international experience. 

Our hope is that our Global Engagement Ambassadors and international students foster a meaningful friendship during their time in this program, so that both may continue their global cultural exchange beyond their time at Stockton.

Participating in this program is entirely voluntary for all Global Engagement Ambassadors and international students. No monetary compensation or salary will be paid to Global Engagement Ambassadors. During the application process all Global Engagement Ambassadors must sign a Stockton University Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability Form and Global Engagement Ambassadors Program Agreement form. However, the rewards for being a Global Engagement Ambassador are invaluable; the experience and potential lifelong friendships are enriching.
